Based on Our 3D Models
Unlike many educational videos that rely on static images or separate animations, we created our videos using our very own 3D models. This means that the animations and explanations in the videos can be explored interactively on the platform. As you watch a video, you are essentially viewing a guided tour of the same anatomical structures available in our 3D models.
In our videos, anatomy is explained in a narrated way while the structures explained are also marked on the 3D model being explained.
This consistency also extends to cross-sections, magnified views, and detailed breakdowns. If a video lesson demonstrates a cross-sectional view of the brain, for example, users can explore the exact same cross-section in the 3D model. This not only reinforces the learning but also helps in cross-referencing concepts from different media formats.
Anatomically Precise Perspectives + Free Floating Camera
Video lessons are created in way that preserves the usual free floating camera storytelling format of the video, however, during the presentation of a specific strucutre, we made sure that we spend a good amount of time of the video, viewing the model from important standard anatomical perspectives (ex. superior view of the acromioclavicular Joint).
This ensures that students get a good 3D understanding with a free floating and exploring camera but they do not miss out on standardized and usual view points of traditional anatomical teaching.
